Collective Support does not warrant that third party links and the material contained in the links are not free from errors or omissions, viruses or other defects.

Users access the website and rely on the material contained in the website at their own risk. Where conditions and warranties implied by law cannot be excluded, Collective Support limits its liability, where it is entitled to do so, to the re-supply of the relevant goods or services, or paying the User the cost of that re-supply. Otherwise, Collective Support and its officers, employees, agents and representatives will not be liable for any loss or damage (including consequential loss or damage) to any person, however caused (whether by negligence, as a result of the advice. This site is subject to the laws of Western Australia. Neither Collective Support nor its parent company, its directors, employees or agents (hereafter collectively referred to as Collective Support) warrant that any content on its website meets the relevant standards of any other jurisdiction.

It is your responsibility to ensure that it is lawful in your jurisdiction to view Collective Support and at its content. You agree that the courts of Western Australia have sole jurisdiction to determine any legal proceedings involving Collective Support. If any provision of this agreement is held invalid the remainder of this agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

Offensive and Prohibited Content or Behaviour

Casual users, registered users or members of Collective Support agree to:

o             Refrain from posting any of their direct contact details including e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, message services or other forms of contact details in their profiles or in any posts they make on the site.

o             Refrain from racist, bigoted, threatening, abusive or other antisocial behaviour or posting such content on the site or in chat rooms or any instant messaging feature.

o             Refrain from harassing other users, registered users and/or members of the site with spam, junk mail or chain letters.

o             Refrain from publishing copyrighted material without permission to do so from the owner of the material.

o             Refrain from creating "bogus" profiles that do not accurately describe you, your gender, or any combination thereof.

o             Refrain from promoting other internet sites or businesses on the Collective Support site, or through any e-mails sent via the Collective Support site.

o             Refrain from spreading viruses or using any robot/spider or other automatic device or manual process to monitor or copy the Collective Support site pages or the content contained therein without Collective Support’s prior written permission.

o             Users are to refrain from advertising or soliciting other users to buy or sell any product or services through the site that are not available on the website.

o             Refrain from behaving in a manner, which a reasonable user, registered user and/or member of Collective Support, would consider to be offensive, and not in the spirit of the site.

o             Users are not permitted to, or allow another person to use the website for illegal purposes. Illegal purposes may include for example, uploading content which is misleading or deceptive, defamatory, obscene, indecent, offensive or fraudulent or which may affect the operation of the website and the services it provides.

Collective Support retains the right to cancel without compensation the registration or membership of any registered user and/or member who, in Collective Support’s sole discretion, acts in breach of any of the matters listed above. In addition, in the context of any illegal activity, Collective Support will cooperate with any investigation carried out by a competent State or Federal prosecuting authority. Collective Support has the right (but not the obligation) to review, edit or remove any comment posted on the website without notice.

In particular Collective Support will assist any State or Federal prosecuting authority in cases where identity theft is alleged and will provide, upon receipt of the appropriate warrant or other judicial order, the IP address, date and time as to when a "bogus" profile or picture/s were uploaded.

Fees/Auto-renew/Termination/Refunds

Collective Support’s # subscription rates were provided to you upon registration and may change from time to time. Your current subscription will not be affected by any fee rises until your next renewal. Otherwise any of the changes are effective upon posting. Please note that Collective Support reserves the right to terminate your access or membership to the site at its absolute discretion. If Collective Support terminates your membership of Collective Support because you have breached these terms of use, you will not be entitled to any refund of any unused subscription fees. If you request an early termination of your membership and/or registration, you will not be entitled to any refund of any unused subscription fees.

Any or all features published as being available for any particular membership subscription level should be regarded as individual features and one individual feature does not constitute the entire subscription membership level. Should any individual feature of any particular membership subscription level become unavailable to you because of either technical difficulties or that your ability to access an individual feature be revoked from you, by Collective Support, at its sole discretion, because you have breached any of these terms of use, you will not be entitled to any unused subscription fees. In the event this agreement is terminated, certain provisions will remain in effect.

Online counselling

Counsellors available through the website do not in any way represent Collective Support and their views, opinions and advice should not be deemed as that of Collective Support. Collective Support will not accept any liability for any dispute a User may have with a counsellor, due to the nature of the counselling service, results are not guaranteed in any way.

Bookstore

Purchasing a Book

You can place an order by placing items in your shopping cart, then taking the shopping cart to the checkout. You will have an opportunity to review and modify your order and your shipping details at this time, before confirming it and making payment.

Customers can pay by MasterCard or Visa. Your credit card is debited when you place the order. Accordingly, we have no need to and do not store your credit card details.

If we are unable to supply ordered items or there is any other reason for a credit or refund, we will contact you to make arrangements.

You have a one business day ‘cooling off period’ to cancel or reduce your order. After this period it will be treated as a firm sale, as we will then be most unlikely to be able to cancel any orders with our suppliers that we have placed on your behalf.

You must contact us by Email or by phone on 0897 954604 within one business day of placing your order of you wish to cancel or reduce it.

Change of Mind

We will accept returns of items only if they are returned within 14 days in resalable condition (no damage to the item, its packaging or its seals) with a copy of your invoice and you pay for the return shipping. You must package the item so that it cannot be damaged on its return. We will provide a credit note or a refund as you prefer. Refunds will incur a $15.00 fee to cover processing and bank charges.

General

The information contained in this site may contain typographical or other inaccuracies or errors. All liability of Norbic Industries Pty Ltd howsoever arising for inaccuracies or errors is expressly excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.

The items displayed on the website use data supplied by third party suppliers. We take steps to remove content that may be considered unsuitable or offensive but it is not possible to ensure that all such content is removed or that all opinions as to what is unsuitable or offensive are taken into account. We review all comments to ensure that are suitable and inoffensive before publishing them but it is not possible to ensure that all opinions as to what is unsuitable or offensive are taken into account. Membership terms

Anyone can view the website of Collective Support. You must be 18 years of age and over to become a paid subscriber of Collective Support.
