How to access the Private Groups Support forums Options

To gain entry to the online support groups, you must first select the group you wish to join from the list available within the GROUP TAB on the main grey heading bar. ( please note, if you do not see the grey bar you need to update your explorer version to number 7 or 8 )

Once you have selected the online group you wish to participate in, follow the payment gateway via the RED TAB. Once this is done, you will be able to see and participate within that group . This is done here in the Private Rooms.
